The king of fruits has Alak’s heart! Creating a product with Mango has been her dream. Summers growing up in India, were filled with mango delicacies. From Keri no Ras (crushed mango pulp) during lunch to cut alphonso mango and mango milkshakes to cool down the warm evenings. The leftovers would be poured into large steel plates (challis) and sun-dried on the terrace. This bar is an ode to that Aam Papad (sun-dried mangoes).
The sweet and tangy dried mango is complimented by the sweetness of dates and shredded coconut and the crunchy texture of chia seeds.
